Payment & Deposits
A deposit maybe requested to secure your booking, we will advise where this is applicable, i.e. weddings booked more than 6 months in advance.
A 25% deposit will be required at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the 14 days prior to the wedding/event.
You’re booking maybe subject to additional waiting time and car park charges.
Any outstanding payments not settled in full will result in cancellation of the service, with no refunds.
If the booked vehicle is unavailable, we will attempt to find an alternative replacement. Ultimately if the service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances any deposit and payments made will be refunded in full to the Client.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any job may be cancelled without penalty as long as it is received by us in writing a minimum of 72 hours before the journey date. Upon your advice being received we will confirm its receipt and arrange the return of payment however the deposit will be non-refundable
Any job cancelled within 72 hours of the journey date will result in a charge of 25% of the total initially quoted to the Client, this may be reduced if a replacement booking is made at the same time.
If the Client does not appear at the designated time and place, all deposits and payments will be non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled by the Client within 24 hours from the start of hire, 100% of deposits and payments paid will be non-refundable.
No responsibility will be accepted for adverse weather conditions such as; snow, flooding or heavy rain etc, which prevents the completion of the Hire.
In the unlikely event of the hire vehicle breaking down, a full refund of all deposits and payments will be made. Please consider availability of a family member or friends vehicle available.
Terms & Conditions
Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse to carry any passengers whom they believe maybe unfit to travel, this is for the safety of all other passengers travelling.
If a hire is terminated early due to the behaviour or the lack of suitability of a passenger to travel, then no deposits and payments will be returned as it will be deemed that the Client has effectively ended the hire at their choice.
Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the Client making the booking; this will include any costs arising from the need to valet the vehicle.
We will always endeavour to get you and your party to the destination on time, however due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. road traffic or weather conditions we cannot be held accountable for delays or any consequences.
Our vehicles are licensed and insured only for our chauffeurs to drive.
There is no eating, drinking or smoking policy in the vehicle. The vehicle is always presented to the highest standards to ensure Client satisfaction when travelling with us.
Our chauffeurs will not exceed National Speed Limits as Client safety is our priority.
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. On the rare occasion of any delay to the scheduled time of arrival the client will be informed via telephone and kept updated.
If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the Client will incur further charges.
We accept no responsibility for any belongings of the Client or their Guests that may be left in the Vehicle, if any items are found in the vehicle we will endeavour to return them.
All passengers are required to wear seatbelts. All passengers must be over 12 years in age or at least 135cm tall.
The maximum number of passengers allowed in the vehicle is three.
It is the Clients responsibility to ensure there is adequate travel time to and from destinations. The Client must also provide contact details which will be valid prior to, and on the day of the hire.
Please note the minimum hire charge is £350
Mustang wedding hire do not offer or charge for vehicles for Prom hire. We charge for the opportunity for you to take photographs of your party with one of our stunning vehicles at your home. After the photos have been taken the driver will offer the agreed number of people a short ride totally free of charge around your local area and then drop you off at your destination as a courtesy, again totally free of charge.
